Not only stopping at organizing the apparatus, the commune also implemented a specific plan, clearly assigning people, tasks, and areas, mobilizing the entire political system to participate. Each cadre and party member identified this as a key task, both serving the management work and ensuring the legitimate rights of the people.

The propaganda work was promoted in many forms: radio, public meetings, posting notices, reaching every household. Thanks to that, people clearly understood the purpose and benefits of the campaign, actively cooperated in declaring land information.

In Lap Nghia village, which has 753 households with more than 3,200 people, Mr. Pham Le Thai Phong, Party Cell Secretary and Village Chief, shared: “At first, people were worried that collecting information could reveal personal data. But when they understood that this was a government program to protect their legal land use rights, they were very in agreement.” Thanks to that, in a short time, Lap Nghia village collected 1,200 sets of data, a number that exceeded the set schedule. Not only did they hold meetings with the people, the village team also called absent households directly, even “played a loudspeaker” to spread information to each person.

In Minh Thanh village, the working atmosphere is equally urgent. Mr. Tran Huu Minh, the village chief, said that the Executive Board has divided into three small groups to "go to each house, check each plot", and guide people to provide relevant documents. Thanks to that, the village has so far collected 991 data of 390 households, reaching more than half of the plan and is continuing to accelerate.

Meanwhile, Minh Tien village, a densely populated area with more than 1,000 households, has also collected about 1,300 data sets. Mr. Dang Xuan Chung, Head of the village, shared: "The biggest difficulty now is human resources. But with a sense of responsibility and close coordination between departments, we are trying to complete the work on schedule."
