Reviewing draft resolutions submitted to the 4th thematic session of the Provincial People's Council

At the meeting, the committees of the Provincial People's Council examined the draft resolutions: Regulations on revenues, collection levels, management mechanisms for revenues and expenditures for services serving and supporting educational activities for public educational institutions in Tuyen Quang province; resolution on adjusting the medium-term public investment plan for local budget capital for the period 2021-2025 and 2025 in Tuyen Quang province; regulations on expenditure content and support levels for agricultural extension activities in Tuyen Quang province; abolishing 3 legal resolutions of the People's Councils of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces before the arrangement in the financial field; regulations on monthly allowances for village team leaders and workday allowances for militiamen when performing duties in Tuyen Quang province; regulations on content and expenditure levels to ensure monitoring and social criticism activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in Tuyen Quang province.

The Economic - Budget Committee reviewed the draft resolutions submitted to the 4th thematic session of the 19th Provincial People's Council.

The delegates basically agreed on the draft resolutions to be submitted to the 4th thematic session of the 19th Provincial People's Council. At the same time, they discussed and clarified a number of related contents: Reviewing and supplementing legal regulations in the resolutions; developing a budget for revenue and expenditure management mechanisms suitable for each locality and each subject, in accordance with regulations; adjusting revenue items and service fees to serve and support educational activities in accordance with principles and regulations; adjusting monthly allowances for village team leaders and daily allowances for militiamen when performing their duties in accordance with regulations...

The Provincial People's Council Legal Committee reviewed 1 draft resolution.

Agreeing on the meeting content, the committees of the Provincial People's Council requested relevant units to fully absorb the opinions of the delegates attending the meeting; supplement and complete the draft resolutions to prepare for submission to the Provincial People's Council for consideration in the 4th thematic session of the 19th Provincial People's Council.
