Through review, a total of 48 aquaculture cages of 2 households in Quynh Ngoc 1 village and Ea Tung village, Ea Na commune were damaged; the total volume of affected cages was 13,824 m3; the damage value was about 3.35 billion VND.
Specifically, in Quynh Ngoc 1 village, there are 18 fish cages with a volume of 5,184 m3 that were damaged by about 25% (fish ready to be harvested), the damage value is about 350,000,000 VND.

In Ea Tung village, 30 fish cages with a volume of 5,184 m3 were damaged by over 85% (fish were raised for about 2 months), the damage value is about 3 billion VND.
On November 10, the Commune People's Committee inspected and assessed the damage to cage aquaculture, promptly instructed people to fix and handle the dead fish in accordance with regulations, and limit negative impacts on the environment.
The Commune People's Committee proposed that the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, and the Provincial Civil Defense Command pay attention and provide financial support to help people overcome damage, restore production, and soon stabilize their lives.
