Hai Duong reduces 13 power grid incidents caused by kites

Tu Ky is still the locality with the most kite-related power grid incidents in the province. According to statistics, Tu Ky district has had 20 incidents, accounting for 33.8% of the total number of incidents in the province. Ranked second is Kim Thanh district with 10 incidents, accounting for 16.9%; Gia Loc district has had 9 incidents, accounting for 15.2% of the total number of incidents.

There are two localities, Hai Duong City and Chi Linh, where no kite-related incidents occurred.

To achieve the above results, Hai Duong Electricity has strengthened the direction of district-level electricity units to coordinate with commune and town authorities to propagate on loudspeakers, distribute leaflets about regulations prohibiting kite flying near power lines, and arrange danger warning signs at locations around the power grid...
