Hai Phong - Hai Duong jointly organize training on deploying information technology systems after merger

From June 17-18, the Department of Science and Technology of Hai Phong city coordinated with VNPT Hai Phong, VNPT Hai Duong; Office of the People's Committee of Hai Phong city and Hai Duong province; organized training on the use of the Information System for handling administrative procedures and the Document Management and Operation System for officials, civil servants and public employees of Hai Duong province; The activity aims to synchronize technical infrastructure and digital transformation platform after the merger between the two localities.

The program was deployed simultaneously at 12 locations in Hai Duong province, attracting the participation of hundreds of cadres, civil servants and public employees. Each training course lasted half a day, focusing on practical instructions on the core features of the system, answering real-life situations and providing direct technical support on-site.

The close coordination between VNPT 's professional units and management agencies has contributed to ensuring the progress and quality of training and received many positive responses from participants. This is an important step in the implementation roadmap of Notice 75/TB-LCQ dated May 28, 2025 on the consolidation of information technology infrastructure between the two localities.

VNPT Hai Phong and VNPT Hai Duong commit to continue to accompany, provide technical support and training, contributing to building a modern, unified and effective digital administration of the new Hai Phong city from July 1, 2025./.
