Tay Ninh promotes the development of industrial parks and clusters, attracting thousands of investment projects.

Tay Ninh province currently has 32 industrial parks that are qualified to receive investment.

Of which, 32 industrial parks (along with Duc Hoa III - SLICO) have met the conditions to receive investment with an area of 9,473.8 hectares (industrial land 6,910.95 hectares, leased 4,984.77 hectares), reaching an occupancy rate of 72.13%. There are currently about 1,241.77 hectares of clean land available for lease to investors.

According to the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province, to date, industrial parks in the area have attracted 2,519 investment projects; of which 1,420 are foreign direct investment (FDI) projects with a total registered capital of more than 17.65 billion USD and 1,099 are domestic projects with a total investment capital of 222,313 billion VND.

In the first 9 months of 2025 alone, industrial parks attracted 170 new projects, including 125 FDI projects with a total newly granted capital of 749.74 million USD and 45 domestic projects with a total newly granted capital of 11,305.5 billion VND. During the same period, 142 projects adjusted their investment capital, including 117 FDI projects with an increase of 486.1 million USD and 25 domestic projects with an increase of 794.9 billion VND.

In addition, Tay Ninh province also focuses on developing the industrial cluster system. According to the plan, by 2030, the whole province will have 82 industrial clusters with an area of 4,572 hectares. Currently, 22 industrial clusters are in operation with an area of 1,072.4 hectares; 28 other industrial clusters with an area of 1,490.77 hectares are implementing investment procedures and building technical infrastructure.

Up to now, the industrial parks in the province have attracted 513 projects with a total leased land area of 646.9 hectares, reaching an occupancy rate of 82%.

With the achieved results, Tay Ninh continues to affirm its role as a dynamic locality in attracting industrial investment in the Southeast region, creating a driving force to promote socio -economic development, aiming at the goal of sustainable development and deep integration./.
