Vinh Hoa and Binh Thanh Dong communes held the first Patriotic Emulation Congress.

Over the past 5 years, the leadership, direction and organization of emulation movements in Vinh Hoa commune have had many innovations in content and form, practicality and effectiveness. Implementing the movement "For the poor - leaving no one behind", Vinh Hoa commune has paid attention to and supported people to borrow capital, proactively produce and do business to escape poverty.

The emulation movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025 has been focused on implementation. Up to now, the commune has built 160 new houses and repaired 118 houses for the poor and people in difficult circumstances.

At the congress, Vinh Hoa Commune People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 5 collectives and 13 individuals with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025; awarded certificates of merit to 4 individuals with positive achievements in propaganda and mobilization work in the community in 2025.

In the period of 2020 - 2025, the patriotic emulation movement of Binh Thanh Dong commune has a strong influence. The emulation movements associated with the tasks of socio -economic development and new rural construction have received the positive response of organizations, individuals, and philanthropists, joining hands and hearts.

The People's Committee of Binh Thanh Dong commune commended collectives and individuals for their outstanding achievements in patriotic emulation movements in the period 2020 - 2025.

Rural infrastructure, bridges, roads, public lighting works in Binh Thanh Dong commune... were contributed by organizations and individuals with working days and construction costs totaling over 12 billion VND. Among them, there are many effective models with widespread influence that have been maintained for many years such as the Great Unity House Building Team, the Bridge and Road Team, the charity team to help poor patients with medical treatment, the "Two Citizen Support" model...

At the conference, 7 collectives and 10 individuals were commended by the People's Committee of Binh Thanh Dong commune for their outstanding achievements in patriotic emulation movements in the period 2020 - 2025.
