According to initial information, the explosion occurred at around 9:00 p.m. on August 30 on Thanh Mau Street, Phu Hiep 3 Village, Gia Hiep Commune.

At that time, local people suddenly heard a loud explosion coming from a closed house.

When arriving, people discovered that the entire back roof was blown off and the house was severely damaged.
