A series of phone repair shops in China suddenly closed
Once bustling, China's phone districts are now deserted. Changes in shopping behavior have left phone repair shops and retailers struggling.

Many famous phone districts such as Thai Thang Nam (Thanh Do) now only have empty premises and signs for rent. Shop owners said sales have dropped sharply since 2017 and it is becoming increasingly difficult to survive.
Big brands now focus on shopping malls or online sales, ignoring traditional channels in small towns. Profits from phones are getting lower and lower, forcing the D.Phone chain to shrink from 3,000 to more than 600 stores.
Young customers increasingly prefer to buy online or in big cities because of good prices and new designs. Small shops are also gradually losing the ability to "close deals" with the elderly because information is now too transparent. Some shops are trying to survive by selling accessories, old phones, and even buying gold and cigarettes.
Similar to the old internet cafes, many phone shops are gradually disappearing if they do not adapt and transform in time. Dear readers, please watch more videos : Funny advertisement about Apple Intelligence Writing Tools
