On August 19, the 51st ARTDO international conference with the theme "Changing lives by unleashing talent and developing skills" took place in Da Nang city.
The conference lasts until August 20, with the participation of more than 250 experts, managers, and scientists from 15 countries and territories.

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Wilson Cheah, Chairman of ARTDO International Vietnam, said that people are facing challenges that require agility, forward thinking and collaboration, especially in the field of digital leadership. The conference focused on the future of human resource development, leadership and continuous innovation, thereby creating an environment where talent can thrive and organizations can achieve sustainable growth.

The workshop was organized by Dong A University in collaboration with MITD SDN. BHD. (Malaysia) and ITD Vietnam Center for Management Training Development and English.
The workshop had 27 professional presentations sharing practical solutions in building an effective digital leadership team; building and connecting a digital leadership community. Thereby actively contributing to the digital transformation process of Da Nang City and making the locality one of the leading technology centers, pioneering in the field of digital leadership in Vietnam.
At the opening ceremony, the 2024 International HRD Excellence Award was presented by ARTDO to organizations and individuals with outstanding contributions in the field of international human resource training and development. In particular, Dong A University is the educational institution nominated and honored in the collective award category; Mr. Mohd Khalis Abdul Rahim was honored in the individual award.

It is known that the 52nd ARTDO International Conference on Global Human Resource Development in 2025 will take place in Malaysia.
