The journey to becoming a modern city.

Dong Nai becoming a city, and especially the 500-day emulation campaign with the theme "Unity - Discipline - Efficiency - Breakthrough, building a civilized and modern Dong Nai" recently launched by the Dong Nai City Party Committee, affirms the determination of the city's Party Committee and government not only to build Dong Nai into a strong economy, secure in national defense and security, rich in identity, and integrated into the global community, but also to become a modern urban center.

Ms. HA THI CHUNG, Deputy Director in charge of Kienlong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (KienlongBank) Dong Nai branch:
This opens up many opportunities for the development of digital banking services.

Dong Nai is one of the most dynamic localities in the country, possessing significant advantages in industry, infrastructure, logistics, and especially Long Thanh International Airport. We believe this will be a new growth hub for the Southern region in the coming years. For KienlongBank, choosing Dong Nai city as its headquarters is not only about expanding operations but also a strategic step in its journey to becoming a next-generation digital bank, aligned with the actual development needs of the locality.

We believe that, once Long Thanh Airport and key infrastructure are completed, Dong Nai will enter a period of very strong economic , commercial, and digital service development. In this context, KienlongBank not only aims to be a bank providing traditional financial services but also a partner connecting local people and businesses with digital finance.

Lawyer PHAN MANH HOANG, Dong Nai City Bar Association:
Spreading humanitarian values through legal aid.

Legal aid is a deeply humane policy of the Party and the State, aimed at ensuring access to justice for all citizens, especially vulnerable groups in society.

Building on the achievements already made, we hope that in the coming time, the city will continue to pay more attention to and invest more in legal aid services. This includes strengthening the dissemination of legal information so that people understand their right to free legal aid and the eligible beneficiaries. At the same time, it is necessary to promote the role of grassroots political and social organizations in disseminating information, providing support, and referring people to access legal aid services. This will help people, especially vulnerable groups, to have their legal rights and interests protected promptly and effectively.

Mr. NGUYEN MINH TAN, Party Branch Secretary and Head of Nui Do neighborhood, Xuan Lap ward:
Promoting the physical education and sports movement for a healthy community.

Over the years, alongside the tasks of socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security, the leaders of Dong Nai province have always paid attention to leading, directing, and effectively organizing sports activities. As a result, the sports movement in Dong Nai province in general and Xuan Lap ward in particular has developed extensively.

We expect the local authorities to continue paying more attention to the movement of physical training and sports among the people. More sports programs and tournaments should be organized so that localities have the opportunity to participate, exchange experiences, and create a healthy and beneficial playground for the people. In particular, emphasis should be placed on developing the physical training and sports movement among cadres, civil servants, and workers, aiming to improve health, mental well-being, and build a dynamic and positive working environment. This will contribute to spreading the spirit of physical training in the community, building Dong Nai city into an increasingly civilized, modern, and sustainably developed city.

Ms. TRAN THI THU (in Dau Giay ward):
Leveraging its transportation strengths to enable Dau Giay to achieve breakthroughs.

With its advantageous location at the intersection of many important expressways and national highways, Dau Giay ward will become a major transportation and logistics hub of Dong Nai city. In the future, Dau Giay needs more comprehensive investment in infrastructure, logistics centers, warehouses, and transportation services. When the expressways, Long Thanh Airport, and surrounding infrastructure are completed, Dau Giay will attract more businesses to invest.

I hope that Dau Giay in particular and Dong Nai in general will develop while still maintaining a clean, safe, and peaceful living environment. Attracting businesses must go hand in hand with protecting the living environment of the people, creating more stable jobs for local workers, and improving the lives of the people.

Mr. NGUYEN VAN NHU SON (business owner in Tran Bien ward):
The service sector has more opportunities for development.

What I see most clearly in Dong Nai city today is the more comprehensively invested infrastructure, more convenient transportation, and an increasingly professional business environment. I believe that in the near future, more roads will be expanded, and commercial areas, service centers, and entertainment venues will be established to attract residents and tourists from other places. As the economy develops and the number of people living, working, and commuting increases, the service industries will also have more opportunities to develop.

In addition, I hope the government will create more favorable conditions for small businesses and households. Streamlined and transparent administrative procedures will help people feel secure in investing and expanding their businesses in the long term.

Ms. LY HOANG HOAI ANH (a resident of Tran Bien ward):
Expectations for more open public spaces.

What I, and many other young people, hope for most is a breakthrough in investment in cultural facilities and institutions. To be worthy of a modern city, our generation needs creative cultural spaces, multi-functional and modern art and sports centers, instead of the outdated traditional cultural center models.

Furthermore, I hope that government agencies will pay even more attention to security issues, ensuring a safe and civilized living environment for the people. At the same time, there needs to be decisive investment in infrastructure to move towards a "bright, green, clean, and beautiful" city. The future city cannot do without open public spaces that foster strong community connections. I very much hope that Dong Nai will build spaces rich in knowledge and culture, similar to the Ho Chi Minh City Book Street model, or inner-city ecological parks. These will not only be places for people to relax and improve their spiritual lives, but also cultural highlights, affirming the status of a modern, livable city.
