Bayern Munich entered the German Cup final against Stuttgart as the favorites, but the first half proved to be anything but easy for the "Bavarian giants".

Despite dominating possession, reaching 65%, the Bavarian team struggled to break through their opponent's disciplined defense.
Stuttgart even created more shots on goal in the first 45 minutes, with 5 compared to Bayern's 4. The deadlock put considerable pressure on the red-shirted team going into halftime.
However, Bayern showed their champion's mettle at the right moment. In the 54th minute, Michael Olise made a skillful move on the right wing before delivering a perfect cross for Harry Kane to head home the opening goal. This goal relieved the pressure on Bayern and allowed them to play much more freely.

In the 79th minute, Kane made his mark again with a goal that doubled the lead, almost extinguishing any hope for Stuttgart. Not stopping there, the English striker completed his brilliant performance with a penalty goal in the 90+1 minute.
Kane's hat-trick brought his tally this season to an incredible 61 goals in 51 games. Ultimately, Bayern won 3-0, lifting the German Cup trophy and completing a domestic double after winning the Bundesliga title.
