50 years event
These days, many people have the opportunity to show their love for their country by watching each army participating in the general rehearsal for the national reunification parade, marching in order, each eye shining brightly looking forward, each flag fluttering in the wind.
It was a moment that those lucky enough to witness could not help but feel an invisible connection between themselves and their country, and the glorious history left by their ancestors.
Every step, every sound of music, every slogan resounded as if to say that we are a proud, united nation, ready to move forward for a common future. It cannot be denied that this is one of the most elaborate, methodical and beautiful events organized in recent times.

The meticulously prepared uniforms, the synchronized movements, the straight ranks make the audience stunned and amazed. The parades not only demonstrate military strength but also convey the message of civilization, modernity and the spirit of a nation that is growing higher and higher every day.
Behave civilly from the smallest actions
However, in that perfection, there appears a discordant and offensive note: the littered trash left behind by the visitors themselves.
When the parade blocks have passed, when the heroic music has just stopped, people cannot help but feel shocked and shocked to realize that under their feet are countless plastic bottles, paper cups, and nylon bags that have been thrown around mercilessly. Green grass is trampled, clean sidewalks suddenly turn into "battlefields" of waste.
There were hands waving flags in excitement before each parade, but immediately after, there were also hands calmly dropping water bottles on the ground, throwing plastic bags on the sidewalk, as if the responsibility of preserving the common beauty belonged to someone else, not them.
Is it possible that the pride and patriotism they just expressed is just words, just temporary emotions? Is it possible that in their eyes, the beauty of the country is only important when it appears on splendid parades, while the garbage at their feet is... irrelevant?
It is ironic that while people rejoice in the performance of iron discipline, there are those who are indifferent to the simplest self-discipline - keeping the environment clean!
Patriotism is not only about being proud of our strong army and our developing country, but also about keeping every road clean, every flower bed and lawn undamaged. With just one small act of lack of awareness, we have already blurred the beautiful image that thousands of people have worked hard to build.
No one can deny the scale and investment that went into this parade. No one can deny the feeling of pride when witnessing the troops marching.
But it is in the contrast between the beauty of the parade and the filthy garbage that follows that we are forced to ask ourselves: Have we really grown up in consciousness? Do we really deserve the good things that this country is trying to bring?
A civilized society begins with the way each individual behaves in the smallest things. Look at yourself through the trash that is thrown away today. Ask yourself: do we deserve the wonderful things that we just applauded?
Only when national pride permeates every action, every habit, even every breath of each citizen, then we will truly be as strong as the troops this morning striding proudly down the street.
I hope that each person at big events will not only show pride through their eyes and cheers, but also need to maintain the environment and keep it clean so that beautiful images are complete from the main stage to the street corners.
A parade is beautiful in its spirit of discipline and the streets also need to be beautiful in the spirit of civilization from each citizen.
A beautiful parade requires the efforts of thousands of people. A clean and beautiful picture of the homeland also requires the efforts of each person. Please do not let those beautiful images only exist for a few short hours and then be erased by our own carelessness and indifference. |
