HDBank - Vietnamese Bank honored in Top 5 ASEAN Standard Governance 2025

On July 24, in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), HDBank was named in the Top 5 listed Vietnamese enterprises with the best governance standards, becoming a typical Vietnamese bank to achieve this achievement.

The prestigious award based on the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS), implemented by MSWG in collaboration with ACMF and ADB, is highly selective. The 5 best enterprises were honored among hundreds of prestigious enterprises from 10 ASEAN countries.

The event was attended by Malaysia’s Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry Tengku Datuk Seri Utama Zafrul, leaders of financial institutions, international investors and governance experts. Discussions focused on transparency, ESG integration, board diversity, digital transformation and shareholder protection.
