Member of the Government Party Executive Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors (BOD) of Petrolimex Pham Van Thanh chaired the announcement ceremony with the participation of member of the Board of Directors of Petrolimex Tran Tuan Linh, and representatives of the leaders of the Group's Boards.
On the side of Petrolimex Ha Son Binh, there were: Party Secretary, Chairman and Director Vu Quang Tuan, comrades (comrades) Company leaders, Company Party Executive Committee, Standing Committee of Grassroots Trade Union, Chief Accountant, Heads and Deputy Heads of functional departments, Company Youth Union Secretary, Party cell Secretary, Trade Union Chairmen of Ha Dong, Son Tay, Thuong Tin departments; Directors and Chairmen of grassroots trade unions of member branches and enterprises.
At the ceremony, Mr. Tran Van Giang, Head of the Group's Human Resources, Salary and Bonus Department, announced Decision No. 459/PLX-QD-HDQT dated May 22, 2025 of the Board of Directors of Vietnam National Petroleum Group on transferring Mr. Vu Quang Tuan, Chairman and Director of Ha Son Binh Petroleum Company - One Member Limited Liability Company to hold the position of Chairman of Petroleum Company Region I from June 1, 2025 and Decision No. 461/PLX-QD-HDQT dated May 22, 2025 of the Group's Board of Directors on assigning the Chairmanship and Directorship of Ha Son Binh Petroleum Company to Mr. Nghiem Chi Chinh, Deputy Director of the Company from June 1, 2025.
Speaking at the assignment, Member of the Government Party Executive Committee - Party Secretary, Chairman of Petrolimex Board of Directors Pham Van Thanh affirmed that this is both an honor and a responsibility for Mr. Vu Quang Tuan and Mr. Nghiem Chi Chinh. At the same time, he hopes that Mr. Vu Quang Tuan and Mr. Nghiem Chi Chinh will continue to maximize their professional capacity, build a stable and united Petroleum Company Region I and Ha Son Binh Petroleum Company, and strive to excellently complete the work programs, tasks and plans assigned by the Group.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Vu Quang Tuan quickly reported on the business results of the first 5 months of 2025. The Company maintained stable growth momentum, effectively implemented work programs, ensuring progress and quality; the handover of tasks was carefully prepared, creating favorable conditions for succession. At the same time, he would like to sincerely thank the Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Petrolimex Pham Van Thanh, the leaders and functional departments of the Group for trusting and assigning him new responsibilities. In addition, he expressed his respect and deep gratitude to all officers and employees of Petrolimex Ha Son Binh and wished to continue to receive close coordination and support between the two companies in the coming time.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nghiem Chi Chinh sincerely thanked the trust and confidence of the Group's leaders and especially thanked Mr. Vu Quang Tuan for his contributions in the past time and congratulated Mr. Vu Quang Tuan on his new assignment. At the same time, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Acting Chairman, Acting Director of the Company, Mr. Nghiem Chi Chinh pledged to make more efforts, together with the collective of leaders, key staff, employees and workers of the Company, to focus on leading the unit in safety, preventing legal risks; unite to overcome difficulties and challenges; and well implement the work programs and plans assigned by the Group. He hopes to continue to receive the attention and close guidance of the Group's leaders; the support and coordination of the Board of Directors and employees of the Company to best fulfill new responsibilities and tasks.
