“Fortunately, the incident did not cause any casualties. Immediately after receiving the news, the authorities were present to assist and evacuate the family to a safe place,” Chief of Yen Binh Commune Police informed.

Ms. Xuan’s family is in extremely difficult circumstances. Immediately after the incident, the village launched a campaign to support and help the family stabilize their lives soon.

Authorities helped the family build a temporary house in a safe location.

Previously, from August 21, heavy to very heavy rain occurred in Lang Son province, causing flooding and landslides in many places.
