Commendation and reward of typical advanced models at the conference

Hoa Chau Ward was established under Resolution No. 1675/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated June 16, 2025, on the basis of merging Huong Vinh, Huong Phong and Quang Thanh; area of ​​34.60 km² and more than 41,000 people. Although newly established, the locality has quickly launched emulation movements associated with the task of socio -economic development, creating a vibrant atmosphere, which has been responded to by cadres and people.

Over the past 5 years, the ward has achieved many outstanding results: the rate of poor households has decreased to 0.72%, near-poor households to 1.53%; 275 workers have received vocational training, more than 1,800 people have new jobs, of which 75 workers have gone to work in Korea and Japan; the rate of trained workers has reached 76.5%. The movement "Eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" has mobilized nearly 500 million VND to build and repair 19 houses for poor households and policy families. Many high-tech agricultural models, lifelong learning movements, digital transformation... have also been effectively implemented.

The conference affirmed that in the period of 2025 - 2030, the emulation and reward work will continue to be innovated, encouraging timely rewards to spread the emulation spirit widely, creating motivation to successfully complete the development goals of the ward. On this occasion, many typical and advanced collectives and individuals were commended, contributing to promoting the strength of solidarity, towards the 6th Conference of Typical and Advanced Models of Hue City.
