Miss Y Nhi is radiant on her first day of the 72nd Miss World.

Miss Huynh Tran Y Nhi has officially begun her quest to win the 72nd Miss World crown, in Hyderabad, Telangana state, India. The Vietnamese representative entered the competition at the same time as Miss World Myanmar and Miss World Philippines.

“ Due to a small problem, I landed later than expected. I was warmly welcomed by the Miss World organizers, so I quickly regained my energy despite having just experienced a long flight , ” Miss Y Nhi shared.

Appearing radiant on the first day of the competition, Miss Y Nhi wore a classic design with a striking pink tone, a busty design that accentuated her slender shoulders. The pleated skirt helped Y Nhi look more elegant and luxurious.

On the first day at Miss World, Y Nhi said she took the opportunity to meet many other contestants, including the representative of the host country India. Miss India also taught Y Nhi how to enjoy a typical street food called Pani Puri. Y Nhi's roommate is the representative of Thailand, Opal Suchata Chuangsri - one of the contestants that has attracted the attention of the international media.

During the Miss World tour on May 8, Y Nhi chose a modern, youthful and unique outfit. The design includes three layers of uniforms in a trendy beige color scheme.

The beauty queen said she woke up at 5am to prepare with the desire to bring the most neat image. “ If I have time, I will take care of my hair and makeup more carefully. In case of limited time, I finish everything as quickly as possible, by waking up even earlier , ” said Y Nhi, adding that today she will have her first practice session with the contestants.

Participating in the general activities, Y Nhi took the opportunity to give special souvenirs to the contestants. Her ability to communicate confidently and fluently in English helps her easily get acquainted and connect with international beauties, bringing the image of friendly Vietnamese people.

According to most to the schedule from the Miss World organization, the official opening ceremony of the contest will take place on May 11. After that, representatives of Vietnam and other countries will enter a series of activities within the framework of the contest, including important competitions such as Head To Head Challenge, Talent, Sport... The anticipated final night of the 72nd Miss World is scheduled to be held on May 31./.
