Hoa Phat Group continues to receive good news when it was approved to invest in the Hoang Dieu Industrial Park Project in Hai Phong.
Continue to receive new land fund in Hai Phong
This is Hoa Phat's latest project in the field of industrial infrastructure. Accordingly, by the end of June 2025, the total industrial park land fund that Hoa Phat Group currently holds is over 2,200 hectares, this land fund is mainly concentrated in many provinces and cities such as: Hung Yen, Bac Ninh , Ninh Binh, Hai Phong City and Dak Lak.
It is known that the Hoang Dieu Industrial Park project has a scale of more than 245 hectares in Gia Loc district, Hai Duong province, now Gia Phuc commune, Hai Phong city. The project has a total capital of nearly 3,400 billion VND and is expected to be implemented within 30 months.
According to the decision approving the investment policy, the project is invested by Hoang Dieu Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company, a member unit of Hoa Phat Group. The project is implemented in Hoang Dieu, Gia Phuc, Hong Hung communes and Gia Loc town, former Hai Duong province. From July 1, 2025, the entire project will be located within the administrative boundaries of Gia Phuc commune, Hai Phong city.
Hoang Dieu Industrial Park project is implemented with the goal of building and operating industrial park infrastructure, including leasing land, factories, warehouses and offices. In particular, the Industrial Park also prioritizes attracting high-tech manufacturing enterprises and projects.

According to information from Hoa Phat, the convenient traffic location helps Hoang Dieu Industrial Park optimize the supply chain, improving operational efficiency for businesses renting infrastructure here. Profit after tax in the first quarter reached over 3,300 billion VND
According to Hoa Phat Group's financial report, in the first quarter of 2025, the group recorded revenue of more than VND 37,900 billion, an increase of 22% over the same period last year. Profit after tax reached more than VND 3,300 billion, equivalent to 16% of the 2025 profit plan.
In particular, the agricultural sector reached more than 400 billion VND in the first quarter of 2025, an activity with a desirable profit margin in the same industry in the Vietnamese market.
In the real estate sector, Hoa Phat is piloting a social housing project in Yen My and continues to research new projects. However, all real estate segments including housing and industrial parks will account for no more than 5% of the Group's weight.
In 2025, Hoa Phat plans to have an expected revenue of 170,000 billion VND, an increase of 21% compared to 2024. Expected profit after tax is 15,000 billion VND, an increase of 24.8% compared to the previous year./.
