Located in Binh Minh village (Tan Tien commune), Roc Temple is dedicated to the tutelary deity Cao Chau Dai Vuong, who assisted King Ly Nam De in defeating the Liang invaders. Roc Temple received royal decrees from four emperors: Tu Duc, Dong Khanh, Duy Tan, and Khai Dinh. On November 10, 2006, Roc Temple was recognized as a National Historical Monument.

Over the years, the Roc Temple has been maintained and preserved thanks to contributions of money and labor from the local people. However, over time, the Roc Temple has deteriorated. In 2025, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism proposed to the Department of Cultural Heritage to prepare a scientific dossier for restoration and provide funding support. Construction began on September 16, 2025, and after more than three months of implementation, the major restoration of the Roc Temple has now been completed, with a total cost of over 1 billion VND.
The restoration of the national historical monument Roc Temple has met the cultural and spiritual needs of the people; at the same time, it contributes to the preservation and promotion of the cultural and historical heritage values of the locality.
