Complete the implementation of electronic medical records before August 31

According to information from the Department of Health of Quang Tri province, the unit has just issued a plan to implement electronic medical records (EMR) and connect the medical data coordination system at medical examination and treatment facilities in 2025. The EMR implementation must be completed before August 31 at all public medical examination and treatment facilities in the province.

EMR must meet the requirements of information technology, electronic signature and confirmation according to the regulations of the Ministry of Health , in accordance with the requirements of management and expertise in the health sector in the current period and future orientation.

Ensure information security, network security and information confidentiality according to regulations.
