Resolving administrative procedures for people at Song Ma Commune Public Administration Service Center.

From early morning, at the Commune Administrative Service Center, the working atmosphere was urgent and serious. Officials and civil servants were present on time to receive documents and enthusiastically guide people through administrative procedures. Mr. Nguyen Van Tung, from residential group 3, shared: I came to confirm the land use right certificate, and the commune officials were enthusiastic, friendly and resolved the issue quickly. The new apparatus operates effectively, the reception space is spacious and clean.

To ensure smooth administrative procedures for people and businesses, the commune has arranged facilities; coordinated with VNPT in the Song Ma - Sop Cop area to deploy information technology infrastructure, high-speed internet lines and specialized data, serving online conference connections and flexible and effective meetings.

Comrade Tran Ngoc Ha, Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, Director of the Public Administration Service Center, said: The Center has established a software system for managing documents, operating and issuing digital certificates, meeting the requirements for sending and receiving internal documents and connecting with the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches and communes. After more than a week of operation, the Center has received 172 civil status judicial records, 17 financial records and 6 internal affairs records, 100% of which were resolved on time and before the deadline.

During the first working week, the commune quickly stabilized the organization, arranged departments, arranged reasonable workplaces; effectively implemented tasks according to plan. The assignment of staff was appropriate to their capacity and strengths, ensuring a streamlined but effective work environment.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Hai, Secretary of the Party Committee of Song Ma Commune, said: The first meeting of the Standing Committee and the Party Executive Committee of the commune after the merger evaluated the results of the first 6 months of the year and determined the tasks for the last 6 months of the year. Regarding economic development, the Party Committee directed the People's Committee of the commune to focus on high-tech agricultural production, trade and services, expanding fruit tree models, such as early-ripening plums and longans, and main crops; linking with businesses and cooperatives to consume longans for the people.

The Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee issued a decision to establish 13 subordinate party organizations, appoint party committees, secretaries, and deputy secretaries of party committees and branches; direct the organization of the Party cell congress for the 2025-2030 term, to be completed before July 10, and assign members of the Standing Committee to attend and direct the congress.

Preparing conditions for organizing the first Song Ma Commune Party Congress, term 2025-2030, up to now, the political report, program, report on verifying the qualifications of delegates, deciding on the structure, number of delegates and related contents have been basically completed... Striving to organize the Commune Party Congress before July 30.

Effective operation thanks to the synchronous participation of the political system, the sense of responsibility of cadres and civil servants and the consensus of the people. This is an important foundation for the commune to develop its socio-economy, towards rapid and sustainable development.
