Over the past two years, continuing to implement Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05 on "promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style" in 2023-2024, Party committees at all levels have promptly led and directed the serious implementation of Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo, closely linking it with the resolutions and regulations of the Central Committee on Party building and political tasks, campaigns, and patriotic emulation movements.

According to the assessment of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party committees at all levels have made many innovations in organizing the study, understanding, and dissemination of the 2023 thematic topic "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style on promoting the cultural values and strength of Vietnamese people in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland"; and the 2024 thematic topic "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style on practicing democracy and strengthening the rule of law, ensuring social discipline." In addition, Party committees at all levels have identified breakthrough tasks and built exemplary models closely aligned with the practical situation in all areas of social life, creating clear and substantial changes. Notably, in Bac Binh district, new models and exemplary individuals in studying and following Uncle Ho's example have been promptly identified and publicized, such as the "Sharing Salaries, Providing Regular Assistance" model of the Party branch of Phan Ri Thanh 3 Primary School; The Hai Ninh commune youth union, with its "Sharing Knowledge, Sending Love" model, mobilizes funds to support disadvantaged students. In Ham Thuan Bac district, communes and towns are implementing and expanding models such as: "Security Cameras," and "Self-Managed and Self-Defense Teams to Ensure Security and Order." In Phu Quy district, the District Farmers' Association has developed models such as "Farmers Protecting the Environment," "Self-Defense and Self-Management of Security and Order," and "Professional Associations for Seafood Fisheries"...
Simultaneously, district, town, and city Party committees, and subordinate Party committees have strengthened inspection and supervision of the implementation of Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo, in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee (11th and 12th terms) on Party building and rectification, ensuring that the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style are carried out seriously, systematically, and effectively. To date, 70 inspections and supervisions have been conducted on the implementation of Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo, involving 240 Party organizations, cadres, and Party members; 7 cadres and Party members were found to have violated regulations through inspections and supervision throughout the province. This has allowed for an accurate assessment of the situation and results of implementation at all levels of Party committees and among individual leaders, promptly recognizing achievements and effective practices. At the same time, identify and point out existing shortcomings and limitations, and provide guidance and direction for overcoming them, avoiding superficial approaches...
However, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee assessed that the implementation of exemplary conduct by cadres and Party members, especially the heads of a few agencies, localities, and units, has sometimes been lax. The sense of organizational discipline and responsibility of a few leaders and a portion of the cadre in some places is still not high. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requests that in the coming period, Party committees and authorities at all levels continue to lead and direct the serious and effective implementation of Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo, Plan No. 39 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and annual thematic programs, in conjunction with the implementation of resolutions, directives, and regulations of the Party. They should continue to seriously and effectively organize the political activity campaign with the theme "Keeping the Party Member's Oath" throughout the province. They should improve the quality of studying the thoughts, ethics, and style of President Ho Chi Minh in Party branch and mass organization activities.
