Quebec, Canada Fall 2025 Scholarship

NDO - Quebec, Canada's 2025 Fall Tuition Waiver Scholarship includes 10 spots for Vietnamese students. This scholarship allows students to pay only the same tuition fees as Quebec students to study a full-time program at a Quebec higher education institution.

According to the Cooperation Agreement between the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam and the Government of Quebec, Canada, there are 10 scholarships for Quebec to waive tuition fees for the fall semester of 2025, including 2 undergraduate scholarships; 4 master's scholarships; 4 doctoral scholarships.

Scholarships are given priority in the following majors: Agriculture, food processing; Rural and urban development (medical equipment, urban planning); Energy, renewable energy; Administrative sciences, management, economics, finance; Environmental sciences (water management, disaster management); Health care and social services management; Transportation, maritime economics; Educational sciences (training, evaluation, school administration and management); Literature, Quebec studies and French language teaching; Engineering, science and technology; Political and social sciences.

The undergraduate program has a maximum duration of 3 consecutive years for a 90-credit program and 4 consecutive years for a 120-credit program; the master's program has a maximum duration of 2 consecutive years; the doctoral program has a maximum duration of 3 consecutive years.

Successful candidates will be exempted from the additional tuition fees charged by the Quebec Government and allowed to enjoy the same tuition fees as local students (free of the tuition fees that foreign students must pay when studying in Quebec).

Candidates must submit their application online on the electronic portal of the Department of International Cooperation, and submit paper documents in Vietnamese to the Department of International Cooperation. The deadline for receiving applications is May 20, 2025.

Based on the results of the preliminary selection and the official recommendation of the Department of International Cooperation, the scholarship agency of the province of Quebec will organize the selection and notify the results of the selection to the Department of International Cooperation. The Department of International Cooperation will notify the candidate as soon as the results are received.
