Approximately 150 people were deployed to remove illegal advertising products, including: the People's Committee of Hoc Mon District; officers and soldiers from the Hoc Mon District Police; the Ho Chi Minh City Police; military personnel, civil servants, officials, political and social organizations; and residents of Hoc Mon Town and 11 communes in Hoc Mon District.
According to Mr. Duong Hong Thang, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoc Mon District, the situation of pasting, drawing, and hanging various types of advertisements in public places on some roads and residential areas still persists and has not been completely resolved. This situation detracts from the aesthetics and affects the civilized and cultured urban lifestyle.

At the same time, he assigned specific management responsibilities to agencies and units for the areas that have been cleaned, to prevent the recurrence of illegal advertising posting and painting.
