Prepare:
- 180g minced meat
- Half a green onion
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- Minced ginger
- Dill
- Refined salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- MSG
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons diluted flour
- 1 teaspoon rice wine
- White sesame
Making:
Step 1: Heat the pan and stir-fry the minced meat.
Step 2: Add rice wine, dill, ginger, green onions and chopped chili.
Step 3: Stir-fry, add soy sauce. When the meat is almost cooked, season with salt and sugar.
Step 4: Add flour mixed with water, add sesame oil, stir well and turn off the stove.
Step 5: Pour the dipping sauce into a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
