Preschool tuition is 300 million VND/year

Non-public schools in Ho Chi Minh City have publicly announced preschool tuition fees for the new 2025-2026 school year and service fee schedules. Tuition fees range from several tens of millions of VND to 200 - 300 million VND/school year, depending on the program.

The Tue Duc Pathway School System announces preschool tuition fees for the 2025-2026 school year at each campus on the system's website. Each campus will have a different tuition fee schedule. For example, at the Viet Nhat campus (old District 7, Ho Chi Minh City), the full year tuition fee for bilingual kindergarten and nursery school is 122,760,000 VND/school year.

At Binh Hung facility (formerly Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City), the tuition fee for nursery school and advanced kindergarten is 80,910,000 VND/school year; and the tuition fee for advanced kindergarten is 103,230,000 VND/school year. How are private preschool children supported with tuition fees?

The National Assembly has passed a resolution on tuition exemption and support for preschool children, high school students, and students of general education programs in educational institutions within the national education system, applicable from the new school year 2025-2026.

According to the Resolution, from September 1, 2025, all students nationwide from preschool to 3 months old, general education students, and those studying general education programs in public educational institutions will be exempted from tuition fees. Tuition support will be provided for preschool children, general education students, and those studying general education programs in private and non-public educational institutions. The level of tuition support will be decided by the People's Councils of provinces and centrally-run cities according to the tuition fee framework prescribed by the Government, but must not exceed the tuition fee level of private and non-public educational institutions.
