In addition to contributing to repairing and beautifying the landscape and environment, people and many businesses located in the area have voluntarily contributed to building infrastructure. Typically, Pham Ngu Lao resettlement area in Phuc Trong 1 residential group has mobilized over 2 billion VND, people discussed, contributed and organized the re-asphalting of all civilized urban streets. From 2023 to present, the amount of money donated to renovate and upgrade traffic infrastructure, drainage and environmental landscape in My Xa ward has reached over 3.2 billion VND.

With the joint efforts and consensus of the government and all the people, in 2024, My Xa ward was recognized by the city as a unit "Meeting urban civilized standards". This is a testament to the results of learning and following Uncle Ho's teachings in building solidarity to carry out local tasks and is also a premise for the ward Party Committee to lead and direct cadres, party members and people to successfully complete the set political tasks. Since the beginning of the 2020-2025 term, the ward's socio-economy has remained stable and developed.
