Imbued with the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh, the Party cell of Area 10, Cai Khe Ward, concretizes the study and emulation of Uncle Ho through practical actions. The focus is on promoting the exemplary role of cadres and Party members, thereby gathering and unleashing the strength of national unity in economic development and building a cultural life in the residential area.

The Front Committee of Area 10 has just launched the model "United, Prosperous, and Happy Residential Area" linked with digital transformation. According to Mr. Huynh Van Ut, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch and Head of the Front Committee of Area 10, the model's goals are to strive for 100% of households to register for the title of "Culturally Advanced Family" and to build "Learning Families"; the health insurance participation rate for the entire residential area to reach 95% or higher; to maintain general sanitation throughout the residential area at least twice a month; and to actively guide residents in using online public services and making cashless payments via mobile phones…

Following the principle of learning from and emulating President Ho Chi Minh's example through practical actions, the Party members and officials of the local Party branch always closely monitor and promptly address the legitimate aspirations of the people. A notable achievement is the mobilization of the people to contribute 202 million VND alongside the government to upgrade Alley 162. Ms. Nguyen Xuan Thu, a local resident, said: “Previously, the alley surface was low, and heavy rain caused flooding, affecting the lives of the residents. Thanks to the local officials' efforts, the people contributed together to raise the alley surface, and the government invested in infrastructure, so now the alley is dry, clean, and beautiful.”

At the community cultural center, through screens, local officials observe and monitor activities in the alleyways via 32 security cameras. Mr. Le Van Chien, a resident of Area 10, expressed: “The social mobilization movement to contribute to the cost of installing security cameras and monitoring the environment is a practical initiative that has received widespread support from the people. This model not only helps raise community awareness but also ensures security and order and improves the aesthetics of the residential area.” In addition, officials and Party members also organized garbage collection, removed illegal advertisements; mobilized social resources to renovate flagpoles, and installed 22 public fire prevention and fighting points…

The Party Committee of Area 10 has led cadres and Party members in caring for the lives of the people. During the 2020-2025 term, cadres and Party members coordinated with the ward to build four houses for households facing housing difficulties; they also coordinated in introducing people to loans from the Social Policy Bank totaling approximately 7 billion VND for economic development and education. Ms. Le Ngoc Phuong, residing in Area 10, shared: “My family’s old house was dilapidated, and we didn’t have the money to repair it. Thanks to the ward and area officials who cared for and supported us in rebuilding a new house, my family now has a stable place to live.” From 2023 to the present, Area 10 has had no poor or near-poor households.

According to Comrade Truong Hoai Nam, Secretary of the Party Branch and Head of Area 10, in studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh , the cadres and Party members of the area's Party Branch always uphold a high sense of responsibility to spread the movement and mobilize the people to work together to build an increasingly developed residential area. In the coming time, the area's Party Branch is determined to maintain the spirit of unity, the proactiveness, and the exemplary conduct of cadres and Party members in mobilizing the people to beautify the urban area and build a civilized lifestyle.
