Promoting the tradition of solidarity, mutual love and support, "the rich help the poor", on the afternoon of October 1, in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics organized a launching ceremony to support people in localities affected by storm No. 10 (Bualoi).

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Council of Theory attended and delivered a speech.

Also attending were comrade Doan Minh Huan, member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; comrades in the Party Committee, Board of Directors, and a large number of cadres, civil servants, public employees, lecturers and students studying and working at the academy.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang called on all cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and students studying and working at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics to donate at least one day's salary to support people in localities affected by storm No. 10 to quickly overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives and production.
