Naval Academy: Book exhibition and exchange, discussion "Carrying on tradition, contributing to the future"

On April 12, in Nha Trang City, the Military Library (General Department of Politics, Ministry of National Defense ) coordinated with the Naval Academy to organize a book exhibition and exchange and discussion "Fostering tradition, contributing to the future" on the occasion of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day. Attending the program were Mr. Le Doan Hop - former Minister of Information and Communications; Ms. Kieu Thuy Nga - Director of the Library Department (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism); along with staff, lecturers, students of the academy, students of Nha Trang University and Khanh Hoa University.

The exhibition displays more than 1,000 books of all kinds at two locations at the Naval Academy to serve the needs of visiting officers, lecturers and students. The exhibition runs until April 21. This activity aims to encourage and develop the reading movement in the community, create a favorable reading environment; form reading habits in families, schools, agencies and organizations; contribute to building a learning society.

Delegates visit the book exhibition at the Learning Resource Center - Library.

On this occasion, the leaders of the Military Library presented 300 books to the staff, students and soldiers of the Naval Academy.
