
The survey aims to create conditions for people and organizations to promote their supervisory role and participate in administrative reform and government building at all levels.
Through that, state administrative agencies can grasp objective information about the opinions, assessments, satisfaction levels, needs, and expectations of people regarding the services of state administrative agencies based on people's perceptions, thereby having appropriate and effective solutions to improve and enhance the quality of service of state administrative agencies and the satisfaction of people and organizations.
The survey subjects are citizens aged 18 years or older and representatives of organizations that have carried out administrative procedures at the City One-Stop Department (including all fields of agencies and units under the City People's Committee and the Hoi An Land Registration Office Branch) as well as the People's Committees of communes and wards that have received results from January 1 to September 30, 2024.
The city will conduct a random sampling survey to measure people's satisfaction with an expected number of 1,730 survey forms. Each commune and ward will select 90 forms.
For specialized agencies under the City People's Committee, the Center for Cultural Heritage Conservation Management, the Hoi An Land Registration Office Branch, the City People's Committee will allocate an appropriate number of tickets based on individuals and organizations transacting administrative procedures.
