The first meeting of the Provincial Party Executive Committee

On the afternoon of July 8, the Provincial Party Committee held its first meeting to discuss and give opinions on important issues within its authority. Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.

Attending the Conference were comrades: Tran Song Tung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Party Committee, members of the Standing Party Committee, members of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the Conference, delegates discussed and gave opinions on the following contents: Draft Working Regulations of the Provincial People's Committee Party Executive Committee, term 2020-2025; Work Program of the Provincial People's Committee Party Executive Committee in 2025; Draft Political Report, Review Report of the Party Executive Committee to be submitted to the 1st Provincial People's Committee Party Congress, term 2025-2030; Draft Plan to organize the 1st Provincial People's Committee Party Congress, term 2025-2030 and Decision to establish Subcommittees to serve the Congress; Plan to allocate delegates to attend the 1st Provincial People's Committee Party Congress, term 2025-2030 and some other important contents.

Concluding the Conference, Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the draft preparation work of the specialized agency of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, the contributions of the delegates and basically agreed on the contents presented at the Conference.

Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee delivered a concluding speech at the Conference.

He emphasized: The working regulations of the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term have closely followed the Central's regulations and practical requirements for leadership and direction; specifically stipulating the tasks and powers of the collective and individuals; working relationships, principles, working regimes and implementation organization. On that basis, the Party Committee assigned the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to absorb the comments, carefully study the working regulations of the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee, complete the draft and submit it to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for consideration and early promulgation of the working regulations for implementation.

He also requested that in the coming time, specialized agencies advising and assisting the Party Committee and grassroots Party organizations under their management quickly stabilize their organization and apparatus, promptly issue working regulations, advise and complete documents to submit to the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. At the same time, agree on a plan to allocate the number of delegates attending the Congress; focus on preparation work and strive to complete the organization of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 before August 10.
