The 82nd Provincial Party Standing Committee Conference (Term XII)

Overview of the Conference

According to the program, the Conference took place in 2 days, from January 16-17, 2025. At the Conference, the Provincial Party Standing Committee evaluated and classified party organizations, collectives and leaders and managers under the Provincial Party Standing Committee's evaluation and classification in 2024; reviewed the collective of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and individual members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee in 2024; evaluated and classified the Provincial Party Committee in 2024.

The conference gave opinions on the following contents: Investment in upgrading the relic site of the Military Ordnance Department and the Vietnam Weapons Production Trade Union in Cho Moi district; organizing activities to celebrate the 125th anniversary of the founding of Bac Kan province (April 11, 1900 - April 11, 2025), the 80th anniversary of the founding of Chau Trung Vuong (March 30, 1945 - March 30, 2025); the plan for planning the scenic landscape of Ba Be lake (2nd time); receiving additional budget and extending the implementation time of the Project to improve the quality of life and learning of boarding students in Ngan Son district sponsored by ChildFund Australia.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee gave comments on the second draft of the Political Report of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term XII, to be submitted to the 13th Provincial Party Congress and listened to reports on: The situation of land management and construction order in Ba Be district; the situation of cooperation in socio-economic development between Ho Chi Minh City and Bac Kan province; the progress of overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3 from the relief fund and proposed resources to eliminate temporary houses according to Resolution No. 45/NQ-TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
