- On the morning of August 27, the Provincial Public Administration Service Center (PPSC) held a thematic conference on solutions to improve the quality of administrative procedure control and administrative procedure reform.

Representative of the leader of the Department of Professional Affairs - Administrative Procedure Control (Provincial Public Service Center) reported on the work of controlling administrative procedures and reforming administrative procedures in the province.

Attending the conference were representatives of office leaders and focal civil servants performing administrative procedure control work at departments, branches and sectors under the Provincial People's Committee and the Public Service Centers of the wards: Luong Van Tri, Ky Lua, Dong Kinh, Tam Thanh; and the communes of Dong Dang and Cao Loc.

In recent times, all levels and sectors in the province have continuously paid attention to and promoted administrative reform in general and administrative procedure reform in particular, effectively implemented administrative procedure control, deployed one-stop and one-stop mechanisms; identified this as one of the important tasks of the entire political system, with the goal of strongly improving the investment and business environment, creating an effective and efficient administration serving the people.

Accordingly, the work of announcing and publicizing administrative procedures in a timely manner and with increasingly improved quality has been done. In 2025 alone, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee announced more than 2,000 administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of local authorities at all levels, and approved internal procedures for handling administrative procedures as a basis for building electronic procedures for performing administrative procedures on administrative procedure handling systems; 100% of administrative procedures are eligible for online public services on the National Public Service Portal; the rate of records resolved correctly and before the deadline is always maintained at a high level...

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing the following contents: digital transformation in administrative procedure control, administrative procedure reform; solutions to improve the quality of preparing dossiers for publication of the list of administrative procedures and internal procedures in handling administrative procedures; improving the quality of handling administrative procedures when implementing 2-level local government; direction and operation in organizing the implementation of administrative procedure control tasks; current situation and solutions to improve the quality of handling administrative procedures according to the one-stop, one-stop mechanism to serve people and businesses; results of the implementation of the task of reviewing and recommending simplification of administrative procedures according to the Administrative Procedure Reform Project of Lang Son province for the period 2021 - 2025 and orientation to 2030...

The conference was held to objectively assess the current situation, clearly identify difficulties and shortcomings, and at the same time discuss and propose breakthrough solutions to improve the effectiveness of administrative procedure control and administrative procedure reform in the coming time.
