After listening to the Military Training Department - School (General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army) and the leaders and commanders of agencies and units report on the preparation for the parade and marching mission in the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia requested the teams assisting the Parade and Marching Subcommittee to complete the Directive on organizing the Army and Militia forces to participate in the parade and march, and submit it to the Head of the Ministry of National Defense for signature and promulgation, so that agencies and units have a basis to develop plans for each specialized field and deploy and implement it.

To effectively carry out the task of mobilizing forces to Hanoi for training in clusters, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia noted that, along with surveying and developing a plan to ensure communications and transmission lines in areas where the Navy is expected to have a parade of armed forces at sea, units need to focus on deploying advance units, determining accommodation and food locations for the forces; doing a good job of ensuring logistics and techniques in concentrated accommodation areas; organizing command to mobilize forces for concentrated training in Hanoi before June 1, 2025, ensuring strictness and absolute safety.

The authorities coordinated to reasonably calculate the positions of the vehicle and artillery blocks to shorten the distance to training at the National Military Training Center 4; well implemented the allocation of sufficient military uniforms and technical equipment for the blocks before entering concentrated training, so that after being mobilized to the new location, the forces could quickly stabilize their food and accommodation and immediately start training.
