Conference to disseminate and implement new regulations and guidelines of the Central Committee on Party building and organization work

On November 16, Comrade Truong Thi Mai, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Organization Commission chaired an online conference to disseminate and implement new documents of the Central Committee on Party building and organization work.

At the Son La provincial bridge, the conference was attended by comrades: Lo Minh Hung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Hong Long, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee.

At the Conference, the Central Organizing Committee thoroughly grasped Regulation No. 124-QD/TW, dated October 4, 2023 of the Politburo on "Annual review, assessment and classification of quality for collectives and individuals in the political system"; Regulation No. 125-QD/TW dated October 10, 2023 of the Secretariat on "Functions, tasks and working relationships of grassroots party committees and cells in public service units"; Instruction No. 25-HD/BTCTW dated November 10, 2023 of the Central Organizing Committee on "Some contents in annual review, assessment and classification of quality for collectives and individuals in the political system".

Accordingly, in Instruction No. 25-HD/BTCTW, the subjects of the review of grassroots Party Committees include: The Standing Committee of the grassroots Party Committee, where there is no Standing Committee, the grassroots Party Committee is reviewed; the Party Committee of a department; the grassroots Party Committee; the branch directly under the grassroots Party Committee; the branch directly under the Party Committee of a department. Instruction No. 25-HD/BTCTW also clearly states that Party Committees, Party delegations, and Party executive committees directly under the Central Committee are responsible for guiding the collective leadership and management of agencies and units under their management to conduct annual reviews, assessments, and classifications of collectives and individuals to ensure substance, compliance with regulations, and suitability with the characteristics and situation of the locality, agency, or unit.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Truong Thi Mai emphasized: The regulations and contents of this dissemination continue to promote the spirit of self-criticism, criticism, proactively detect and prevent signs of degradation; contribute to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and Party members. At the same time, enhance the responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations, collective leadership, heads and cadres and Party members. The Head of the Central Organization Commission requested Party committees and Party organizations to fully understand and promptly grasp the policies, viewpoints, tasks and solutions set forth by the Party Central Committee, the Politburo and the Secretariat to apply and implement them uniformly and achieve high results in localities and units. The implementation process ensures the leadership of the Party, the principles of democratic centralism, self-criticism and criticism; maintains solidarity, unity, and proper authority and responsibility.
