Conference to exchange information and expertise on organizing grassroots Party Congresses, term 2025-2030

Attending the Conference were comrades who are leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc; comrades of the Secretaries of the grassroots Party Committees, grassroots Party Cells and comrades in charge of Party work of the TCCSĐ; comrades in the Working Group to attend and direct the grassroots Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Comrade Vu Ba Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc affirmed: The congress of grassroots party cells and grassroots party committees is not only a regular political activity every 5 years, but also an opportunity to consolidate and improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party; an opportunity to summarize the work of the past term, discuss and decide on the direction and tasks of the next term, and at the same time elect capable, virtuous and revolutionary cadres and party members to lead and direct the activities of the party cells and party committees. Therefore, the work of organizing grassroots party congresses must be given utmost attention and focus.

The conference to exchange professional information on the organization of grassroots Party Congresses for the 2025-2030 term aims to help grassroots Party committees grasp the regulations and instructions of the Central Committee and higher-level Party committees on the professional work of organizing Party Congresses; is an opportunity to exchange and learn from experiences, answer questions, and remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing and organizing congresses at all levels in the Party Committee of the Bloc, so that grassroots Party Congresses for the 2025-2030 term are implemented and organized in accordance with the Party's procedures and regulations.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Hue, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Block, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Party Committee of the Block, answered questions from the Party Committee.

At the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Hue, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc, discussed the most core contents on: ⁽¹⁾ Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; ⁽²⁾ Plan No. 176-KH/ĐUK, dated August 9, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc on implementing Directive No. 35-CT/TW; ⁽³⁾ Instruction No. 02-HD/BTCĐUK, dated October 29, 2024 of the Organizing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc on some contents of the congresses of Party cells and grassroots Party committees, term 2025-2030; ⁽⁴⁾ Decision No. 190-QD/TW, dated October 10, 2024 of the Central Executive Committee on promulgating the Election Regulations in the Party; ⁽⁵⁾ Answer any difficulties or problems that need to be discussed that the TCCSĐs have sent in advance and also provide ways to handle situations that may arise when organizing the Congress. In addition, delegates attending the conference discussed, expressed opinions, questions, and situations for the organizing committee to answer and provide solutions.
