On September 12, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department coordinated with the Provincial Political School to organize a provincial-level scientific conference with the theme "55 years of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament (1969-2024) - Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style on self-reliance and the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country".

Comrade Bui Thanh Toan, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, and two vice principals of the Provincial Political School chaired the workshop. Attending the workshop were comrades in the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Party building committees, departments, branches, units, localities, and authors whose articles participated in the workshop.
The conference received many articles from authors who are leaders and officials of agencies, departments, organizations, localities and many lecturers and officials of the Provincial Political School, colleges and universities in the province. The organizing committee selected 42 quality articles to be published in the proceedings; of which 6 articles and 6 opinions were presented at the conference.

The articles and opinions focus on analyzing and researching President Ho Chi Minh 's Testament from diverse and multi-dimensional perspectives and aspects, originating from the position and field of activity. In particular, the articles and opinions affirm and deepen the historical value and contemporary stature of the Testament ; highlight the achievements and lessons learned through 55 years of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament for the Party Committee, army and people of Phu Yen ; suggest and propose many valuable solutions to continue effectively implementing the Testament associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style...
In his concluding remarks at the workshop, Comrade Bui Thanh Toan, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, requested all levels of sectors, units, localities, cadres and party members to continue studying and implementing President Ho Chi Minh's instructions in his Testament ; effectively implementing Directive 05 and Conclusion 01 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

All levels, sectors, units, localities, cadres and party members should promote the work of building and rectifying a clean and strong Party in all aspects, building a streamlined, professional, effective and steadfast organizational apparatus; creatively apply and develop Ho Chi Minh's thought in advising and organizing the implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; promote the will of self-reliance, self-strengthening, the spirit of innovation and creativity, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility, successfully implementing the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels and the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025.
