VHO - On August 14, in Da Nang City, HorecFex Vietnam and the Vietnam Hotel Association in collaboration with Ariyana International Convention Palace announced the event HorecFex 2025 - Exhibition and Forum on technology and innovation in the HORECA industry (hotels, restaurants and catering/coffee services).

The event will take place over two days, August 26-27, in Da Nang, and is expected to attract more than 3,500 attendees, 55+ domestic and foreign speakers, and more than 80 booths of leading technology, tourism, and culinary brands.

Comprehensive experience space

First launched in 2024, HorecFex quickly made its mark as the first international event in Vietnam specializing in applied technology in the HORECA industry, attracting more than 2,500 guests, many prestigious speakers and large technology corporations such as AI Chatbot, Microsoft, Oracle.

In 2025, the organizers will continue to choose Da Nang as the destination, affirming the city's role as the leading convention and exhibition center in the Central region, while balancing the role of leading the tourism industry with Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Quynh, Chairman of HorecFex Vietnam and Vice Chairman of Vietnam Hotel Association, in the context of a rapidly changing market, HorecFex not only introduces trends and advanced technologies but is also an essential forum for businesses to update knowledge, connect and seek solutions to improve competitiveness.

HorecFex 2025 will bring a comprehensive "playground" for attendees: from exploring robot solutions for hotels and restaurants, Meta's VR glasses, to advanced operational management technologies.

The in-depth discussion sessions will focus on the following topics: future orientation of the hotel industry, MICE tourism development, wellness and spa strategies, sustainable tourism certification, leadership training, restaurant business optimization, AI and ChatGPT applications in operations.

A special highlight of HorecFex 2025 is the launch of the project “Vietnam – The Culinary Capital of the World”, aiming to promote the country's culinary culture globally.

At the same time, seminars on optimizing culinary services will propose solutions to improve quality and business efficiency, helping restaurants and hotels in the Central region develop sustainably.
