Audience coming to the exhibition

About the exhibition "Quietly a journey" , artist Cao Thi Duoc confided: "Time passes quickly, I still quietly live with the colors and emotions of the days. It could be the image of a girl with a fruit cart walking in the rain on the streets of Saigon - Ho Chi Minh City, or sometimes I feel sorry looking at a mother and her child making a living on a flower cart, and even the image of myself picking up my child in the rain on a flooded afternoon. I paint to express my emotions, like memories in paintings and I don't know since when, the colors follow the years like whispers to my father, to my mother and memories of the reformed opera paintings are born again. In addition, I also record in paintings the beautiful scenes of my hometown as I dreamed of since I was a child, I like to paint and paint what I love: paint my son, paint the moonlit night, paint the sunset and paint old dreams...".

The exhibition "A Quiet Journey" by artist Cao Thi Duoc takes place at the Ho Chi Minh City Museum of Fine Arts (97A Pho Duc Chinh, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward , District 1) until October 9.
