Each certificate will be printed with a QR code containing information from the land database, helping people easily look up area, location, legal status, etc. by scanning the QR code with a smartphone; at the same time, limiting the situation of counterfeiting and editing documents.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Chinh in Trieu Binh commune said: "The new certificate is A4 size, two-sided, with an additional QR code on the right margin at the top of the certificate. People like him can easily access the land database to check and compare information and feel more secure when making buying and selling transactions."
Mr. Pham Dinh Hai, Deputy Director of the Quang Tri Province Land Registration Office, emphasized: "From now on, people and businesses only need to scan the code to quickly look up information, instead of having to contact the specialized agency directly as before."
