Over 500 residents of Ba Vi commune received free medical examinations and medication.

On the morning of May 30th, the Hanoi City Police, in coordination with Bach Mai Hospital and Ba Vi commune, organized a program to provide medical examinations, health consultations, and medication to people under social welfare programs, impoverished households, the elderly, and ethnic minorities in the commune.

Speaking at the program, Colonel Nguyen Tien Dat, Deputy Director of the Hanoi City Police, affirmed that this is a practical activity to concretize the Party and State's policy of caring for the people's health, contributing to the effective implementation of the contents of Resolution No. 72 of the Politburo on improving the quality of people's health protection and care in the new situation; at the same time, it is a very important activity, showing the affection of the Hanoi City Police force and Bach Mai Hospital towards the people of Ba Vi commune.

During the program, Associate Professor Dr. Dao Xuan Co, along with doctors and medical staff from Bach Mai Hospital and the Ba Vi Commune Health Station, examined, advised, and provided medicine to the relatives of martyrs, families of policy beneficiaries, and people of ethnic minorities in Ba Vi commune.

According to the organizers, more than 500 people received health check-ups and consultations, enabling early detection of health and medical problems; and raising awareness about proactively seeking medical examinations, care, and protection for themselves and their families.
