HNN.VN - To commemorate the 78th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2025), the Women's Union at all levels in the city has implemented many practical and meaningful activities to express gratitude to policy beneficiary families and those who have contributed to the revolution.

In July 2025, all levels of the Association intensified their efforts in promoting and educating about the tradition of "Drinking water, remembering the source" among cadres, members, and the people; contributing to raising awareness, fostering patriotism, and responsibility towards the community.

Social welfare activities have been widely implemented, notably: Organizing visits and giving over 500 gifts worth over 150 million VND to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, relatives of martyrs and policy beneficiary families in the city; the "Meal of Gratitude" program – going to the market, cooking a meal and sharing it with policy beneficiary families and those who have contributed to the revolution…

The Association's branches also simultaneously launched a campaign to clean up the environment, beautify martyrs' cemeteries and memorial areas in conjunction with the "Green Sunday" movement, expressing profound gratitude...

Through these activities, the Hue City Women's Union has promoted its role and responsibility in showing gratitude and appreciation, contributing to spreading positive humanitarian values ​​in the community.
