Nghe An : More than 500 billion VND invested in Housing Area in Cua Lo town
Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Company (Vinaconex) "joined hands" with Lapinta Joint Stock Company to implement the Housing Project on an area of 13.1 hectares in Cua Lo town (Nghe An).
Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just approved the investor to implement the Housing Project worth over 500 billion VND in Nghi Thu Ward, Cua Lo Town (Nghe An).

Accordingly, this project will be implemented on a 13.1 hectare land area, with a total estimated investment capital of 510 billion VND. The project is implemented by a joint venture between Lapinta and Vinaconex in Nghi Thu ward, Cua Lo town.
The project includes: Housing, residential land, cultural house, commercial service area, kindergarten and technical infrastructure system. Of which, housing and residential land occupy about 5.4 hectares, including low-rise housing along Sao Nam road and the main road of the project with a total land area of 1.3 hectares, 4 floors high, construction density of 90%, built in rough and finished exterior.
The project will also implement the method of transferring land use rights through dividing and selling plots of land for people to build their own houses after the technical infrastructure is completed and ensuring compliance with land and construction laws.
Types of housing arranged along the internal roads of the project include: 3-storey houses with a total land area of about 0.8 ha; 4-storey houses with a total land area of about 2.1 ha, construction density of 90%; and social housing of 1.09 ha, 4 floors high, construction density of 30%.
The project implementation period is 5 years from the date of receipt of the decision on land allocation, land lease, land use purpose conversion or from the date of land handover and having conditions to start construction according to the provisions of law.
