Patient Council Meeting - Listening to Serve Better

On August 7, 2025, Binh Gia Regional Medical Center (TTYT) held a hospital-level patient council meeting. This is one of the Center's regular activities to receive feedback and suggestions from patients and their families, demonstrating the Center's willingness to learn, willingness to listen, understand and fulfill its commitment to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment and serving people better and better.

At the meeting, the Center's leadership and representatives of departments and rooms directly listened to and answered questions from patients and their families, and recorded their comments to gradually improve the process of patient care, treatment and service. In addition, the Center disseminated the hospital room regulations to help patients and their families understand the regulations during inpatient treatment; provided full information on the rights and obligations of patients, contributing to building a civilized, cooperative and respectful treatment environment between medical staff and patients.

In addition, the Center also integrates health communication and education activities, focusing on the prevention and control of common diseases in the summer such as measles, dengue fever, hand, foot and mouth disease, acute diarrhea, and rabies to help people be more proactive in disease prevention and protection of their own and their family's health.
