Close cooperation between Vietnamese Police and Korean Police

On September 29, in Hanoi, Senior Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member and Minister of Public Security, held talks with Commander of the Korean National Police Agency Cho Ji Ho.

At the talks, Minister Luong Tam Quang emphasized that the visit to Vietnam by Commander Cho Ji Ho and the delegation took place at a time when the Vietnam-Korea relationship is assessed to be in the best development stage since the two countries upgraded their relationship to Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in December 2022. Delegation exchanges, cooperation, and exchanges at all levels and channels have been continuously expanded; in which, cooperation in crime prevention and crime arrest through the Vietnam Desk - Korean Desk and Interpol channels has achieved high results... Commander of the Korean National Police Agency Cho Ji Ho expressed his belief that the cooperation between the police forces of the two countries will continue to develop more closely and effectively, contributing to promoting the Korea-Vietnam Comprehensive Strategic Partnership to a new level; at the same time, he affirmed that he will do his best to ensure that this relationship achieves the best results, contributing to ensuring national security, order, and social safety of each country.
