HoSE has a new leadership team.

(Dan Tri Newspaper) - Mr. Trinh Son Hong has been appointed Acting Chairman of HoSE, while Ms. Nguyen Thi Viet Ha has been appointed General Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE).

The Vietnam Stock Exchange (VNX) recently held a conference to announce personnel decisions for the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE).

Accordingly, Mr. Trinh Son Hong - Deputy Head of the Securities Market Supervision Board, State Securities Commission (SSC) - has been appointed as Acting Chairman of HoSE. Ms. Nguyen Thi Viet Ha has been appointed as General Director of HoSE. Previously, Ms. Ha served as Acting Chairman.

Ms. Tran Anh Dao, Deputy General Director in charge of the Executive Board of HoSE, has been appointed Head of the Supervisory Board of the exchange. Mr. Dau Khac Trinh, Head of the Supervisory Board of HoSE, has been appointed as a Supervisor. These decisions are effective from January 1, 2026.

Mr. Trinh Son Hong was appointed Deputy Director of the Market Supervision Department, State Securities Commission of Vietnam, effective March 2023. Prior to that, he served as Deputy Director of the Social Insurance Department of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, Vietnam Social Insurance.

As for Ms. Nguyen Viet Ha - the new General Director of HoSE - she was previously assigned to head the HoSE Board of Directors in March 2021; Ms. Tran Anh Dao has been in charge of the HoSE Executive Board since May 2022.
