BTO-In order to meet the conditions for maintaining the growing area code (MSVT), the packing facility code (CSĐG) for export in the coming time, in 2 days (November 6-7) in Phan Thiet City, the Provincial Department of Cultivation and Plant Protection in coordination with the Plant Protection Department organized a training course on how to record the electronic diary Farmdiary; CSĐG management software, issue and manage MSVT, packing facilities for export.

The training course was attended by about 170 delegates, including representatives of a number of departments, local People's Committees and representatives of cooperatives, farmers, packaging facilities and related businesses in the province.

At the training course, delegates listened to representatives of the Plant Protection Department convey some requirements for growing areas - export control measures. In particular, the general requirements are to apply good agricultural practices (GAP); have a common production process; produce mainly one type of crop; fully record information affecting the growing area for traceability. In particular, the requirement for growing areas is to have a minimum area of ​​10 hectares, unless the importing country has other requirements...

As for the requirements for CSĐG, first of all, agricultural products must be purchased from growing areas that have been approved for export codes. At the same time, there are measures to trace the origin of raw materials used in packaging houses... Also at the training class, delegates were instructed to record in the electronic diary Farmdiary; record in the CSĐG management software and go on field trips to be guided on how to prepare documents for registering growing areas - CSĐG for export...

It is known that recently, the provincial Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection has coordinated with the Plant Protection Department to organize many training courses related to the issuance and management of MSVT and export CSĐG codes. Thereby, it aims to promptly update information to localities, helping cooperatives and enterprises better understand the regulations and procedures for establishing, issuing and managing MSVT and CSĐG. On that basis, it propagates and mobilizes people to produce agricultural products to comply with the regulations of importing countries on plant quarantine, food safety and traceability to meet export requirements.
