Emphasizing that the training aims to concretize the Law on Identity Cards, meet the requirements of digital transformation, and reform administrative procedures, Colonel Tran Van Thi, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, requested officers to thoroughly understand the procedures and operational procedures, and proactively resolve difficulties in practice.

At the conference, delegates were guided on key aspects of legal regulations related to identity cards and electronic identification; procedures for receiving and processing applications; system operation; handling arising situations; storing and returning cards; and ensuring information security.

Through training aimed at standardizing procedures and enhancing the capacity of commune-level police forces, the goal is to implement the issuance of identity cards and electronic identification in a synchronized and seamless manner, serving the people quickly and conveniently; while also improving the effectiveness of state management of security and order at the local level.
